I am an Ashridge accredited Organisational Coach with an MSc in Executive Coaching, a BA in Modern Languages and a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Consulting Supervision.

I have over 30 years’ experience in business, originally in international sales and marketing management. In 1994 I transitioned into change consultancy subsequently qualifying as an executive coach and coaching supervisor. Throughout my career I have worked with a diverse range of both organisational and individual clients
