With creative use of space I can help you to access deeper meaning in your working relationships.

As an experienced coach I know how important it is to continually examine my work for what I know, what there might be to know and what I might have overlooked. I know I need to be mindful of my biases and assumptions so that I always allow time and space to see my clients and the world through their own lenses, not mine.

My experience as a practising coach and supervisor underpin my approach to helping you continue developing your own individual coaching style and best practice approach.

Relationship is at the core of all my supervision work so together we will home in on what is really important to you as we explore what you can see and what else there is to see in your work. The approach we take will act as a vehicle for you to reflect on all aspects of your work and in so doing, gain greater insights that can translate into future action.

Even before I qualified as an Organisational Coaching and Consulting Supervisor in 2012, I was developing my supervision work with individuals and groups. Since then I have focused my practice on supporting the development and professionalism of other coaches and consultants. I work with experienced coaches who are looking for support in their professional practice as well as those who have less experience and are just embarking on their coaching career or perhaps still working on achieving accreditation. My mission is to contribute to the coaching profession by helping others to continue developing their own individual coaching style and best practice approach.
