This is what two coaches had to say.
During their supervision sessions we were working emergently with Systemic Constellations.
That was really powerful and enlightening. The representatives' contributions really brought some things to the surface in a way I haven't experienced before…..but it all felt safe as well. You kept us safe... and I can see what I can do now
A second constellation elicited a similar sense of revelation.
I realise through that, that I was focusing on my relationship with the contract….not with the client. Mapping it all out and stepping into different spaces has created real clarity for me.
